Friendly and helpful host, small but cosy and practical room, romantic four-poster bed, varied and delicious breakfast, free private parking.

We stayed in a modern and spacious apartment with a beautiful private pool which was clean and perfect to relax in. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. The location was convenient and safe, close to a lake and beach. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who provided great tips about nearby attractions.

The temperature inside the apartment was too high and there was only one air conditioning unit in the living room, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the other rooms. there were only two nearby restaurants to choose from, limiting our dining options.

The value for money at Residence was really good, and our room was excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The location was perfect, with easy access to Krka National Park and the beach. The hosts, Marko and Barbara, were friendly and always available to assist us.

The hotel had well-kept and modern equipment in the apartment, which was perfect for taking a break during travel. the pool and view from the pool were beautiful and relaxing. the hotel's location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

The internet connection was very slow, and the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable. the breakfast was basic and not fresh, with a lot of wasps around.

The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly liked the parking and transportation services, as it made it easy for us to get around this city. the location to the local restaurant was convenient, and we enjoyed trying out different cuisines. Lastly, the staff was warm and cute, and they made sure that we had a comfortable stay.

We were impressed by the room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities, which ensured that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Additionally, the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance offered by the hotel made our travel experience even more convenient. The room amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area, provided enhanced comfort during our stay. The terrace and dining area were perfect for enjoying meals and taking in the tranquil surroundings.

You are within close proximity to one of the best views in Croatia and the Krka National Park. the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable with fantastic facilities and, if you're lucky, stunning views. the owners are lovely and welcoming, offering great service throughout your stay. Don't forget to try their delicious breakfast, it's a must-have!

I always stay at this place when I visit. The staff is helpful and told me where to go during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, pool, laundry, games. Coming back for Easter!
